The beautiful caramel tan leather complements the cowhide perfectly and looks better with time and use (it softens and gets a patina). 

Strong stitching, handcrafted by professional artisans for long lasting durability that looks better with age.

Patterns & cowhide colourings vary with every bag.  As in nature, every cowhide is unique.  Some will be more black and others rich or jersey brown.  The photos are all examples of stock items.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel good about every Hide Vibe piece. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it:

✨ In Summary
  • Store credits are offered for returns (within 14 days, in new condition).
  • Refunds are only given if an item has a genuine fault and can’t be replaced.
  • Your happiness matters to us — if there’s an issue when your order arrives, please get in touch straight away so we can make it right.
🪡 Defects & Faults
  • Our products are guaranteed against defects. If you believe your item is faulty, let us know within 7 days of receiving it, with a description and photos.
  • We’ll do our best to replace it if we have another in stock. If not, we’ll issue a store credit or refund (excluding shipping).
  • Please note: scratches, brandings, natural patches, and variations in cowhide, leather, fur, and the unique traditional fabrics we use are all part of their character and not considered defects.
  • Claims made after 7 days can’t be processed, so please check your item as soon as it arrives.
💭 Change of Mind
  • Please choose carefully. If you change your mind, we don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to issue a store credit so you can pick something else you love.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
