Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel good about every Hide Vibe piece. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it:

✨ In Summary

  • Store credits are offered for returns (within 14 days, in new condition).

  • Refunds are only given if an item has a genuine fault and can’t be replaced.

  • Your happiness matters to us — if there’s an issue when your order arrives, please get in touch straight away so we can make it right.

🪡 Defects & Faults

  • Our products are guaranteed against defects. If you believe your item is faulty, let us know within 7 days of receiving it, with a description and photos.

  • We’ll do our best to replace it if we have another in stock. If not, we’ll issue a store credit or refund (excluding shipping).

  • Please note: scratches, brandings, natural patches, and variations in cowhide, leather, fur, and the unique traditional fabrics we use are all part of their character and not considered defects.

  • Claims made after 7 days can’t be processed, so please check your item as soon as it arrives.

💭 Change of Mind

  • Please choose carefully. If you change your mind, we don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to issue a store credit so you can pick something else you love.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

🛍️ Sale Items

  • Sale and discounted items are final — no returns or credits. Please choose with care.
