Shipping policy

All NZ orders are couriered using track and trace courier services.

All items are in stock (unless clearly stated otherwise, such as preorders) and are sent within 24 hrs of receipt of payment.  You will receive an email confirming dispatch and the courier tracking information. 

Delivery is guaranteed within 14 days.  

We use certified ECO 100% Compostable courier bags wherever possible

(note that larger items are sent in heavy grade plastic bags due to the need for extra size and sturdiness to reach you safely - these are unfortunately not compostable at this stage as not yet developed in this size).
