Return Policy

In summary:

  • Store Credits are issued for returns of items (assuming they are received within 14 days of purchase and arrive in new condition)
  • Refunds are only offered for defects and faults if the product cannot be replaced.  

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we want to make your shopping experience is as pleasurable as possible. In the event that there is an issue upon receiving an order, please contact us promptly to resolve the issue. 


Defects & Faults

Our products are guaranteed against defects. If you believe your item is defective and wish to exchange it, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, including a description and photos of the defect.   We would like the opportunity to put this right for you.   We will endeavor to replace the item if we have another in stock or alternatively, we will issue a store credit or a refund (excluding shipping cost).  

Please note that scratches, brandings and occasional patches are a natural component of the cowhides and their tanning process and are not considered defects.  Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 7 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.

Change of Mind Purchases 

Please choose your items carefully.  If for some reason you have changed your mind about your purchase, please let us know.  We do not issue refunds in these instances but will consider a store credit so that you can select something else you prefer.  The cost of returning the original item is the responsibility of the purchaser.
